Hexa core tablet pc from Ramos

In this Jan, Samsung launched its first Hexa core processor, Exynos 5260. And soon, Samsng launched a smartphone with this Hexa core processor, model number is Galaxy Note 3 Neo. And in this HK trade show, Ramos has displayed one tablet with this Hexa Core tablet, S97.

Exynos 5260 has integrated two Cortex A15 with 1.7GHz frequency, and four Cortex A7 with 1.3GHz frequency. The chipset is based on the H.P.M of bit.LITTLE. All the six cores can run at same time. GPU is Mali-T624. Totally speaking, the performance is quite good.


This Ramos S97 owns one 9.7 inch IPS screen, resolution is 2048*1536 pixels. RAM is 2GB. Flash memory can be 8GB, 16GB or 32GB. The front camera is 2M pixels, and rear one is 8M pixels. The battery capacity is 8500Mah. Unit runs Android 4.4 operation system. More important, this unit comes with 3G dongle built in which can support GSM/WCDMA network.


In the trade show, Ramos did not tell the price of this S97, but as what is displayed is a working sample, so we believe, this unit will be available for sale very soon.

Fujitsu launched two new tablets Windows

As Microsoft launched the free Windows with Bing OS, many tablets suppliers have started to develop the tablet pc with Windows OS. And the price is also becoming very cheap, like HP Stream 7 and Toshiba Encore Mini etc, their price is about 150 US dollars. Recently, Fujitsu has launched two new tablets Windows, Arrows TabQH 33/S and TabQH55/S.

Arrows TabQH33/S adopts one 8 inch screen, screen resolution is 1280*800 pixels. CPU is the Intel Bay Trail-T Z3735G quad core processor. Default frequency is 1.3GHz. RAM is 2GB and flash memory is 16GB. The configuration is quite normal, but the price is 551 US dollars. That is quite expensive.


Compared with other tablet with Windows with Bing OS, though most of them only come with 1GB RAM,and 16GB flash memory, but their price is usually about USD120.00 to USD150.00


Even the Miix 2 with 3G built in and more powerful performance, its price is also less than this unit, and MiiX 2 comes with 64GB flash memory.


Arros TabQH55/S also comes with the same operation system, but the screen size is bigger, 10.1 inch. Resolution is 1920*1080 pixels. CPU is the Intel Bay Trail Atom Z3795 quad core processor. It is more powerful than Z3735G.

New Teclast X98 Air 2 is available now

About one month ago, Teclast has already launched the X98 Air tablet. By its slim design, and high performance, it is quite welcome in Spain. Following that unit, Teclast launched a new edition, X98 Air 2. Different with the X98 Air, this new edition is one tablet Windows with Intel quad core processor.

This X98 Air 2 is still adopting 9.7 inch IPS screen, resolution should be the same. CPU is the Intel Bay Trail-T Z3736F quad core processor. It owns 2GB RAM and 32GB flash memory space. The operation system is Windows 8.1 OS. Battery capacity is 8500Mah. Battery life is over 8 hours. The rear camera is 5M pixels.

iPad Pro will come with dual operation system?

At beginning of this year, there was news from ontablets.es that Apple will launched one 12.9 inch tablet, iPad Pro. But till now, this unit does not appear, and there is little news about it as well recently. But as our estimation, it may be available in next year.

Latest news about Nexus 9

There is a lot of news about Nexus 9 tablet, and it is confirmed that Nexus 9 will be OEM by HTC. This morning, Ontablets disclosed that this Nexus 9 tablet will be soon available for sale.

As Nexus 9 has already certified by FCC, and that means it will be available for sale. Though, FCC did not tell this unit is Nexus 9, but it is from HTC. As we know, recently, HTC does not have any schedule to launch new tablets recently. It is for sure that this new tablet is Nexus 9.
