One special dash cam with Allwinner solution

Early this year, Allwinner launched its latest solution for dash cam, Allwinner V3. In fact, as one tablet pc solution provider, this V3 is not the first dash cam solution from Allwinner. Today, we will introduce one special dash cam with Allwinner solution.

As we know, now, in market, the most popular dash cam solutions are from Amberalla and Novatek. Amberalla is for high end market, and Novatek is for medium end. Of course, there are some others, like Sunplus etc. Allwinner is not so popular.

But this ST-R01 adopts the Allwinner A9 processor. This chipset can support 1080P video recording at 30fps. More important, compared with Novatek, this A9 processor can run faster, that is why when you operate on this ST-R01, the responding time is very short. Operation is very smooth.

Of course, a good solution needs a good sensor. This A9 adopts the OV2710 sensor. This sensor is also widely adopted by other dash cam, the quality is 100% reliable.

ST-R01 owns one 2 inch TFT LCD screen, though the size is very small, but usually we don't view the videos on the screen, so that is not a big problem for users. As the size of ST-R01 is very small and compacted, so you can hide it in your car very easily.
