Warranty for Onda V972 tablet pc

I have been selling Onda tablets for several years. From last year on, my supplier sent two technician to me, and help on the after-sale service. So usually, if any returns, we can resolve the problem locally. Today, there was a client took his Onda V972 to me, he bought it from us about 2 years ago, and recently, it has some little problem, and wanted me to resolve the problem. Since we only offer 1 year warranty service, usually, we can not offer warranty to him. But since I have my own technician, it is very easy for us to resolve his problem.
