CPU is Intel Atom Z3735G quad core processor. It runs Android 4.4 Kitkat operation system. As news, this unit will be available for sale within one month at soonest. It will be firstly landed in US. 

Compared with the Acer Iconia One 7, this One 8 is cheaper. Generally speaking, it is one entry level tablet. Screen resolution is not high. The thickness is 7.6mm, and total weight is 373G. For some simple job, this unit is powerful enough.
